What Sets
Us Apart
At Black Tomahawk Farm, the focus is simple: steady care, calm routines, and horses that are comfortable in their day-to-day lives. We are not a lesson barn, training facility, or high-traffic operation. What we offer is consistency and a quieter environment where horses can settle in and stay settled.

We live onsite and are present 24/7. Horses are checked daily, routines are kept steady, and changes in behavior or health are noticed quickly. Care is hands-on and attentive, without trying to manage a large or rotating program.

The property is well cared for and naturally peaceful, with open pasture, mature shade trees, secure fencing, and both stall and run-in options. We offer full-board stall and pasture (run-in) boarding, with the same level of care regardless of how a horse is housed.

Black Tomahawk Farm tends to be a good fit for owners who want a place where their horse can relax, get consistent care, and not be part of a busy schedule. We value straightforward communication, clear expectations, and doing right by the horses in our care.

We keep things simple, consistent, and focused on what matters most: the horses.
